Istria – a new golf destination

Istria features two golf courses – one on the island of Brijuni and the other one in Savudrija as a part of the Skiper Resort.

On Brijuni golf is played on a unique golf course dating from 1922, which acquired the flattering title of one of the largest and naturally most beautiful golf courses of that time. On the reconstructed 18 holes (length 5,486 meters, ladies length – 4.977 meters, PAR 71, SSS 71) of the onetime largest golf course in Europe, you can still experience the enchantment of playing amid untouched nature.

Golf Adriatic Course in Savudria was opened in 2009. A professional course with 18 holes totalling 6360 meters, deployed on 80 acres, with a PAR of 72, is characterized by an interesting arrangement of the holes that is challenging to players of all levels. Set in a landscape of diverse topography overlooking vineyards and olive groves, and with a spectacular sea view creates unique golfing experience supplemented by breathtaking vistas.
