Terms

A written confirmation and a 30% deposit 10 days after receiving our offer is required for booking. After we receive the deposit, a written confirmation of payment and a binding reservation will be sent to you. The outstanding balance is to be paid upon arrival. Your booking can also be guaranteed by a credit card (American Express, Diners Club, Visa).

Cancellations

• If cancelation is made up to 30 days prior to arrival date, Rezidencija Skiper d.o.o. will completely return received amount
• If cancelation is made from 29 – 8 days prior to arrival date, Rezidencija Skiper d.o.o. will return 70 % of the received amount
• If cancelation is made from 7 – 0 days prior to arrival date, Rezidencija Skiper d.o.o. will keep the received amount
